Concept Rehab is looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – PRN to join our therapy team in Waterford, MI . This is a great opportunity for a PTA looking for flexible scheduling, meaningful patient care, and a supportive clinical environment .

Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, the PTA will:

• Provide quality physical therapy treatments according to established plans of care
• Help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, function and independence
• Collaborate with the PT, nursing staff, patients and families
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team communication
• Educate patients, families and facility staff as appropriate
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a skilled nursing/post-acute rehabilitation setting

• Current Michigan Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to quality patient care
• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
